É fácil configurar a TH240 para diferentes etiquetas RFID?

A impressora RFID TH240 possui um recurso de calibração de etiquetas RFID no menu RFID, o que facilita muito a configuração da impressora para diferentes etiquetas RFID. O processo de calibração alimenta três etiquetas para determinar a posição de codificação ideal e os níveis de potência.

Por que a impressora não liga depois de conectada à tomada?

Siga as etapas abaixo para ligar a impressora.

  1. Verifique se o cabo de alimentação na parte traseira da estação de bateria está conectado firmemente à porta de alimentação da impressora.
  2. Pressione o botão liga/desliga localizado na parte frontal da bateria para ativá-la. Se o indicador LED na bateria mostrar que a carga está baixa, conecte uma fonte de alimentação CA externa para carregar a bateria.
  3. Ligue a impressora.

Quais séries ou modelos de impressoras são compatíveis com a estação de bateria inteligente BP-4000?

Atualmente, a estação de bateria inteligente BP-4000 é compatível com as seguintes séries/modelos de impressoras: TH240, TH340, DH240, TH340, TH220, TH320, DH220 e DH320.

*Observe que a impressora DH220E não possui uma porta USB host. Por isso, a estação de bateria inteligente BP-4000 não é compatível com a impressora DH220E.

Que tipo de carregador deve ser usado para carregar o módulo de bateria?

Use o adaptador de alimentação de 90 W fornecido com as impressoras TH240 ou DH240, ou o adaptador de alimentação de 60 W fornecido com as impressoras TH220 ou DH220 para carregar a bateria. Ao usar o adaptador de alimentação fornecido pela TSC, a bateria pode ser totalmente carregada em aproximadamente quatro horas em temperaturas ambientes normais.

Nota: não use adaptadores de alimentação que não sejam da TSC para carregar a bateria, pois isso pode danificá-la.
