Over 30 Years in the Making

We are a leading provider of innovative thermal label printing solutions. Founded in 1991, we own and operate ISO certified production facilities and have offices around the world, serving customers in more than 100 countries.

We helped pioneer the original programming language used for thermal printers that many of today's thermal printer languages evolved from. We also introduced one of the first high quality thermal printers offered at an affordable price. It has been this type of ingenuity that has helped us become one of the top thermal printer companies in the world.

In 2016, we acquired Printronix Auto ID and expanded our product offering to include heavy-duty, enterprise-grade industrial printers that are feature-rich with advanced technologies like radio frequency identification (RFID) and barcode label inspection.

In 2019, we acquired Diversified Labeling Solutions, also known as DLS, one of the largest label converters in North America that sells only through channel partners. DLS provides labels and services that fit into any market or customer need. This acquisition has given us the ability to serve our customers with genuine OEM supplies in addition to our extensive portfolio of hardware to deliver complete, reliable, and high-quality label printing.

We offer a wide range of barcode label printing solutions including mobile, desktop, industrial, and enterprise-grade barcode label printers, RFID printers, integrated barcode label inspection systems, print engines, advanced printer software, standard and custom labels, and ribbons. Our products are used in nearly every industry including transportation and logistics, retail, manufacturing, warehousing, food and beverage, healthcare, and automotive.
